Dr. Andrea Koster-Baier, Ph.D., C.Psych.
Director and Psychologist
Dr. Koster-Baier is a licensed clinical psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and works with children, adolescents, families and adults. She is also registered to practise in the areas of clinical, health and counselling psychology. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2004. Prior to this, she attended Queen's University, where she obtained her B.Sc. in psychology in 1996. Dr. Koster-Baier's experience includes a variety of hospital, community mental health, school and private practice settings. She has over 25 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Koster-Baier has provided services in various hospitals and clinics, including London Health Sciences Centre, McMaster Children's Hospital, and The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. In addition, she worked with Childcan, an organization that supports families and children diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Koster-Baier has worked at the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) in Burlington, providing assessment and treatment to children and their families for a wide range of presenting challenges. She has also worked for the Niagara Catholic District School Board, providing psychoeducational assessments. Dr. Koster-Baier has worked in private practise since 2004. She is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA).
