Diana Reid is a seasoned educational consultant and coach with over 26 years of experience in the Ontario education system. She has served as a classroom teacher, special education specialist, Head of Student Success, Vice Principal, and Principal across diverse school settings.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, with advanced qualifications as a certified Special Education Specialist. Her expertise lies in helping families navigate complex educational systems, advocating for student supports, and guiding youth toward academic and post-secondary success.

Her work spans a wide range of areas, including special education advocacy (IEPs, psychoeducational assessments, and accommodations), executive functioning coaching, and strategic high school course and career planning. Diana also specializes in highly competitive post-secondary applications, supporting students in Ontario, across Canada, the U.S., U.K., and Australia with program selection, personal statements, supplemental applications, and interviews.

Diana offers a comprehensive Career Assessment & Academic Pathway Plan, which integrates professional tools as well as a academic pathway plan. This service provides students with a personalized roadmap, linking academic choices with career aspirations empowering her clients to make confident, informed decisions about their future.

As both an educator and a parent, Diana brings unique insight, compassion, and advocacy to her work.
